RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2025
22-24 October 2025
The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) will take place from 22-24 October 2025, both online and in person at the JW Marriott Grand Hotel in Bucharest, Romania.
The formal, members-only section of the GM will begin at 16:00 (UTC+3) on 22 October 2025.
The meeting will follow the RIPE NCC Services Working Group session at RIPE 91.

6 August: Registration opens for the General Meeting
10 September: Draft agenda published
24 September: Supporting documents published
8 October: Deadline for submitting proxy votes
8 October: Deadline for members to propose resolutions
8 October: Final agenda published
22 October: Registration closes at 14:00 (UTC+3)
22 October: General Meeting begins at 16:00 (UTC+3)
24 October: General Meeting closes with voting results announcement at 10:30 (UTC+3)
